Lionel Messi announced that he will leave PSG and Ligue 1 for an immediate move to David Beckham’s Inter Miami. He shocked the world by rejecting his one true love, Barcelona, avoiding all the new drama that could appear, in a club with many financial issues. The World Cup winner decided that a transfer to the other side of the Atlantic Ocean is what he and his family truly needed at this point.

Despite all the stardom arriving in Florida, Inter Miami is currently sitting in the last place of the Eastern Conference, being on a six-game losing streak. The performances continue to be very poor but Messi’s announcement shook the betting world regarding the team’s odds to win the 2023 MLS Cup.
