Most ties are still wide open going into the second leg. I strongly believe that for betting purposes, the Europa League matches come with bigger value. Nantes vs Juventus Prediction
Nantes managed to leave Turin with a draw and remain alive in the pursuit of qualification to the Round of 16. In order for this to happen, Juventus had a shot stop at the woodwork, and it all climaxed towards the end of the game, when the Italians were denied what they believe was a clear penalty.
Yes, the Bianconeri are not in the best state, but the Europa League is the club’s main target this season. The front three of Vlahovic, di Maria, and Chiesa have undoubtfully loads of quality and I expect Juve to pull off a victory.
Union Berlin vs Ajax Predictions
Union Berlin are the Cinderella story of the season. But the moment they needed a win to get on top of the league, Urs Fischer’s players looked scared. They couldn’t get over that psychological barrier and I expect that this will continue for the next few weeks.
For now the one aspect of the game I am focusing on is goalscoring. I believe that two 0-0 draws in a row are weird for a team like the Berliners, who score (and concede) easily. Plus, Ajax have to push more than in the first match. A 2-1 or 1-2 result seems easy to be confirmed.
